Hi, I am Bee Montoya. (Simply “Montoya” to my students). When I am not in the classroom, I watch anime, play videogames, eat good food, and spend quality with my two cats (Tofu and Taro). I got into teaching so I can help others live better/happier lives. The moment a student goes “Ahhhh!” is my favorite. It is my heartfelt belief that with support and effort, everyone can conquer math in my class. Let’s excel together on this numerical journey!

Hi!!! I became a teacher during my Junior year of High School when given the chance to help my peers. I enjoyed helping my buddies excel and be able to comprehend mathematics. After 12 years of teaching, I am still enjoying every minute of teaching. I bring my enthusiasm, positivity, and compassion to my lessons! For fun, I enjoy hiking, fishing, disc golf, games, and anything that involves adventure in nature. An interesting fact about me is I grew up in construction with my father’s business installing hardwood flooring.
